Introduction (Background of establishing our company philosophy)
Today, our environment has changed significantly due to various factors, including political and economic conditions (increased geopolitical risks, rising inflation, significant fluctuations in exchange rates, accelerating technological innovation, and changing awareness of global issues), working conditions (labor shortages and changes in work styles), and industry dynamics (trends in consolidation and intensifying competition).
In this evolving landscape, we must continue to grow rather than remain stagnant.
To achieve this, we believe it is essential to review and redefine our management philosophy and code of conduct, guiding us on the path we should take. As a result, we have revised our purpose framework and decided to reestablish and communicate our company philosophy.

In order to achieve our Vision and fulfill our Purpose and Mission, we have outlined seven key Value Standards in order of priority.
First and foremost, it is important to have a high level of compliance awareness and prioritize safety, as this forms the foundation of everything we do.
Furthermore, for the organization to function correctly, building mutual trust is essential. This requires adherence to universal principles of human conduct as outlined in item #2. Even with extensive knowledge, experience, and technical skills, without this aspect, building trust would be impossible.
In addition to this foundation, #3 prioritizing customer needs, #4 improving individual skills, #5 leveraging these skills within the organization, #6 embracing a spirit of challenge, and #7making decisions based on facts are all critically important.
