We are pleased to announce that, as of March 11, 2026, we have acquired shares in MANABE KOGYO CO.,LTD. and made it a subsidiary of our company.

MANABE KOGYO CO.,LTD. possesses strong technological capabilities and an extensive track record cultivated over many years in the field of wire mesh manufacturing, and has earned high praise from many customers for its high-quality products and stable supply system.

This share acquisition is intended to strengthen our Group’s business foundation and expand our business domains.
